Terms of Service
Booking & Payment
30% advance required to confirm booking. Balance must be paid before/during tour. Prices include 5% GST.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before tour: 30% charge. 15–30 days: 50%. 7–14 days: 60%. Under 7 days: 75%. No-shows: No refund. Natural calamities: No refund.
Exclusions
Airfare, personal expenses, adventure activity charges, entrance fees, room heater charges, and travel insurance are not included unless specified.
Jurisdiction
All disputes subject to Delhi courts only.
